both seem like interesting boomer shooters with unique styles but hrot seems more thoughtful and tactical while dusk feels faster and it's cheaper. if you had to choose what would it be?

I have a 165hz monitor and any time the framerate goes above 60, the game becomes choppy as heck. The only workaround I've yet discovered is capping the FPS to 60 - not ideal given that's less than 1/2 of my monitor's refresh rate. PCGW says that the game "renders multiple identical frames, making visuals heavily stutter and prevents the game logic from properly functioning" - so is this a known issue? I would love to play this at a high refresh rate, it'd make a good game even better....
