doesnt look like there is any activity left from devs regarding bug/patches/fixes yo get stuck way to fast. anyhting coming up to fix this?

Got achievement in game, not on steam. On steam it's the lowest one with 0% The last page upgrades (above `portal is blocked`, ex: Gaussian City for 10QA) is not saved for me when reentering the game. In patch 1.3.5 you said '- Some researches not saving fixed.' but it was for other ones?...

Whenever I try to play I get an error mssage. "The memory cannot be read."

Is there any way to change the game resolution? My display is 3840 x 2160 and the game window is so small it's practically unplayable
