could some one pls tell me how to restart lost all money and all horses went lame as soon as i reached level 11?

I was playing my game, and it went to the loading screen with the error code-50 saying it cannot retrieve user data. What can I do for this?

This happend and i dont know what to do to fix it. please help me with this. i am norwegian so if you speak that go ahead.

My daughter hit level 11 and found her horse ill and no money for an infirmary, so she sold all but a horse stable and a house and is left without a way to make money or progress. She had to sell both of her barns and now there are no barns available to buy, even if she had money to buy them. Please help, shes's extremely frustrated. (don't ask why she bought 2 barns.)...
