are people still playing this? ive been thinking about getting this game for a while for coop play, is the online still active or is it a dead game?

So, the cursor in game seems as though it is shifted to the left significantly from where the cursor actually is on the screen making menu navigation pretty weird and funky as I have to locate the actual cursor position and then slowly move my mouse around. It has no effect on the gameplay itself once in a match, but I would like to know if anyone else has had this issue and found a fix?...

I have been getting into this game more and more but i have one complaint. The difficulty is a bit weird. One moment me and my squad are slaying nids like no one business and then i get one shotted. So i look online and ya thats just a thing in this game for some reason and your suppose to die over and over until you have enough renown to buy damage resistance buffs. I have read a large number of "solutions" but none work to date for me. The game will run perfectly fine and just randomly freeze for 5-15 or more seconds. It seems it is happening when it is trying to "load something". I have no problems with any other games nor have I ever seen this before in this game until now after coming back to it years later.
