Unplayable. Get random stuttering and audio issues. Plus the game just doesn't control well. Better off playing Tomb Raider I, II & III.

Game doesn't work. don't change any setting upon launching it. the setting will crash and you won't be able to fix it.

Get through first scene and end up at a locked white screen with music skipping.

I can't even get past the first block puzzle because they keep clipping under Lara and ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ flying off. Cappinf the fps and refresh rate doesn't fix it

This is the worst of the Legend trilogy.

The camera is abysmal. The level design is confusing and frustrating (for example invisible barriers and ledges that seem to be jumpable but are not). The combat is garbage. The story is mediocre at best.

The only good thing about this game is Lara's swimsuit. It looks comfortable and practicle for deep waters exploration.

I know it was rushed and they had technical problems while making the game, but still - after making Legend and especially Anniversary (yes, it was a remake, but a damn fine one), which had great controls, camera, puzzles, fighting, story and all else needed for a great Lara Croft game, this is a huge let down.

Do yourself a favour. If you want to play old school Lara Croft, play Anniversary or Legend.

Tomb Raider Underworld is my favorite game out of all the Tomb Raider games I've played so far. It is a beautiful, gorgeous game with great level design and a more modernized style of gameplay, while still keeping a majority of the mechanics that make tomb raider so great. There were moments where the controls were a bit finicky, which was reminiscent of the older games, but not nearly as much. Lara herself was also great as usual and I enjoyed the outfit choices presented to me. Finally, the story is my favorite not only in the LAU trilogy but also one of my favorites in any Tomb Raider game. Definitely give it a try.

While this game does have a pretty janky camera and a somewhat unsatisfying ending, I do think it's a good "Tomb Raider" game, although I still prefer "Tomb Raider: Legend" and "Tomb Raider: Anniversary" over it.

7/10 just above average its hard to know where your going most of the time so yeah
