We've just activated Steam Trading Cards! There are six (6) total cards for players to collect.

If you've already played a bunch of Etherborn, you should have a handful sitting in your inventory ready to be traded as you see fit! If you'd like to trade cards around with others to try and complete sets for cool rewards, might I recommend heading on down to the trading sub-forum? I'd also recommend just taking a second and enjoying the beautiful 3D art for each of the trading cards.

We've got a small patch going out for Etherborn today fixing some bugs and adding some quality of life improvements!

Patch 1.0.3 Notes:
· Removed incorrectly allowed button remapping options.
· Improved changes between controllers.
· Improved audio banks management, fixing some SFX not unloading between certain levels.
· Fixed some audio issues on the menus.
· Fixed some UI issues on the menus.
· Fixed saved camera Game Options not being applied correctly when changing between levels or loading a saved game.
· Fixed a movement physics force being framerate-dependent.
· Fixed the reseted orientation of items after dying.
· Fixed visual camera issues in level "Desert of the Mind".
· Added general minor improvements and adjustments.
· Added general stability and optimization improvements.
· Added Akupara Games as publisher.

Today we're releasing an update for the game, with general improvements, options additions and bug fixes that we've been working on these last weeks.

We're also doing a re-release for Japan with this update too! We're improving the Japanese support in the game, as we've added newly re-localized Japanese texts (done by Kakehashi Games) and improving the font system too to fix certain issues.

In case you missed it, Etherborn launched last week! Have you played it already? With the launch now behind us, we can take a bit of a breather and see what the reaction was (launch day is a crazy event - sooo many things going around. So, the moment that we all at Altered Matter both looked forward to and feared has come. We can now proudly say, after all these years, those words that were on our mind from the moment we started work. Ladies and gentlemen, Etherborn is now available to play.

Date Reveal Teaser

In about a month’s time, Etherborn will be available to play. It seems surreal to us – all those years of work are coming to a close. Our baby is growing up. And although we might feel a bit sentimental, we also cannot wait to see what you all think of our game. I have a feeling that this time is going to go by quickly.
