My main question really is does it matter? I love everything aliens either way, so I'll most likely be happy with either product. I'm a simple man. But if it really DOES matter, which one would be the better choice?

It will go as high as 60 in the menu then when any gameplay starts it drops straight to 30 no matter what settings despite cpu/gpu/mem not being hardly taxed. I really want to play this game on pc so any help is greatly appreciated!
