Hello! A long time ago I purchased the vampire bundle (board+characters), and it worked fine. I've recently logged in again and for some reason the board is still there, but the vampire characters are shown as unplayable. The game suggests me to buy them, even though there is a sign that literally says I already own this bundle. How can I get my extra characters back?...
