I would not call it a survival horror, it's more like a story driven adventure game with horror elements.
The gameplay is fine, the story keeps getting better and better despite a boring start.
The horror unfortunately mainly relies on jumpscares, which become predictable after a while.

One of the clunkiest games I've ever played, 2/10!

6/10 - controls felt pretty clunky, especially when opening a door or other similar mechanics.

The story was decent but rather convoluted; felt like most of the lore came from the diaries and notes within the game which I personally don't prefer. If there's that many notes within a game that explains the story then there should be a sort of recap or cliff notes.

Some of the chapters, deaths were very cheap. It takes you a second to figure out what you actually have to do and by the time you do figure out where to go or what you need you have already died. There will be multiple scenes where you have to replay just to get things right.

Overall, a decent game. Interesting story, mid quality gameplay mechanics, very frustrating at times with the deaths, but has a good atmosphere with environments with great visuals.

I think this game is worth your time to play to completion.
