Kind of like Diablo combine with Dungeon Keeper.

A fun ARPG that combines old school influences with a novel twist in mechanics that gives it a unique feel. This is a great example of lean game design - a concept that is interesting while also simple and streamlined. I completed the main story in around 8 hours, which felt just about right for a "light" rpg like this. The story is minimal and comedic - but I think it's pretty clear from the game's store page that story isn't the focus at all. It's all about the satisfying progression loop and unique combat system.
