I got stuck at the parking level. In a playthrough video, I saw a transparent child following the player. However, in my game, nothing happens. I’ve attached a video link showing the issue. The game just turns off after a minute of being in it, someone faced this? How to fix?

The game crashes during the free-fall sequence after the Museum level. I've submitted the crash report via the Unreal 4 window that pops up, but thought I should mention it here as well. The first time it happened the game told me to validate the files, which I did, but the crash still occurs consistently....

Got stuck at end of the Hospital/Asylum level, in the room with flying beds, the shadow I was after disappeared as soon as I got near it, the location is the bed just in front of the round window at the end of the level, the problem is that at this point a cutscene should start, but nothing happens, the shadow just disappeared and I'm stuck at this point. I played this game at PAX East yesterday, and from the demo I saw I've already added this game to my wishlist. The controls are minimalistic keeping the gameplay simple, and not being so overcomplicated that it takes away from the atmosphere. In a crowded exhibition hall it's hard to become immersed in anything, that being said I could feel myself sinking into The InnerFriend.
