any way to find out how strong is the opponents unit or the city? I have to make blind attacks? same like at the imperiums games

Whats the quickest way to repair ships? I have about 8 ships next to a large city I own and i've been clicking the repair button for 5 turns and the ships are still not repaired which makes me think I'm doing something wrong.

I can not figure how to upgrade my starting Nomad to Warriors I upgraded my capitol to be able to build nomad, settler and warrior I upgraded my nomads with attack, defense and speed Moved them to capitol Still No "upgrade unit" button available

Boy am I mad! How did I not even know this game by KUBE existed until just now!??? I just purchased it. Immediately.

So I've just won an overall victory as Rome on hard difficultly within 200 turns, really enjoyed it great game. It looks like I won all the victory conditions, there's only 3 left on the list and they all say completed. What am I missing to complete the Winner takes all achievement?...
