How do you get this achievement to work? Supposedly you have to input the Konami code on the main game screen. I tried it over and over with both keyboard and controller and couldn't get it to do anything. Anyone have any tips?

I'm enjoying the game so far. However, I noticed that after getting a game over, the intro scene just loops over and over. The only way around it (that I've found) is to restart the game. It's not a big deal but just wanted to point it out. Edit: Looks like it only did that for level 3....
