Find laser cannon. Strap it to rover. Encounter alien lifeform. Blast it. Collect body for study. Bring it on board ship. Its not dead. Panic. Lure it near airlock. Vent it into space.

It just runs really badly, the dev said that the game is just poorly optimised.

The first game that I bought that I first played on a pirated version, because ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ this game completely deserves my money. This is a roguelite-like game that's honestly one of the most fun games of this genre that I played.

Before starting a new run, you first have to name the dude you are playing as, the ship, maybe customize the color of the ship if you want to and then you can start gaming.

The thing that I like about the game is that the story of how you found the planet, what happens after you leave the planet and the planet itself is procedurally generated. I personally like naming myself as some fictional characters I like and just imagining that instead of the characters being in their own universes, they are in this game's universe just being in the ship piloting the rover, maybe going insane because of a funny looking alien artifact.

Almost every run you are bound to find something that you didn't see before, and the combat is also pretty fun. It's rather slow in my opinion, but the slowness actually adds quite a bit to the combat. You don't need to have a perfect reflex to avoid getting hit, you just need good strategy. You better don't get hit, or you may just immediately get your rover exploded, or hopefully only module gets damaged so you can just recall or try to fight back. Or maybe you don't notice a thing crawling around and something will get into your rover, and you'll have to deal with it on your own ship.

I've seen some people not liking the radiation mechanic, but I kinda like that it's a timer which you can somewhat slow down by going to the medbay thing occasionally.

The horror in this game is good too. It's not over the top like a complete horror game, but it's almost always unsettling instead of a jumpscare fest.

Overall, I recommend this game if you like unique games with some horror elements. I could probably add a few other recommendation things, but I'm not really good with knowing WHY a game is good.
