Hi, PES 2019 won't load anymore. I've cleared the cache, uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. It just won't load. Is this a general issue?

Hey there. Did anyone get PES 2019 to work in remote play together mode? me and a friend tried to yesterday, but no chance, his controller was just not found... any other game worked... is it because of PES using that other setup program to set the controllers? I dont know... I seen one youtube video where some guys got it to work with 2020, but the video was in spanish so I couldnt understand what they were talking / doing... but it seemed to work for them. Would be very glad if anyone could help me ...
