where does some check if it violate your jurisdiction's laws i wanna buy but have to check it out

The Mangagamer Edition is out now, (and the adult patch downloadable) so I'm guessing we're just waiting for Steam to get off their butts? Or is there something else going on?

Please add Chinese to the game and put R18 content (adult content) DLC into the game
