Started the game and advanced quite a good bit on Steam Deck (Linux) - then in hopes on continuing on a Linux desktop - my saves are not there. Why is the cloud saving not apparently implemented?

I cannot find one... is there a thread where all the Agent Cooper Quotes and Doctor Who references are listed so one can dwell in the light of those one hasn't found?

I Have the achievement for collecting 15, 25 and 30 dictaphone entries, so why have I not got the achievement for collecting 20? Also how many do you have to collect to get the "You remind me today of a small chihuahua" - Record all dictaphone entries? Would missing the achievement for 20 entries affected this achievement also?...
