Wow, this game's been out for 5 years, only just found it. I got the rogue prince of persia yesterday and hades 2 on release date a couple of weeks ago and instead i'm playing this. THat shows what a quality game this is! I am loving every run, it's creepy, dark atmosphere, it's brutal difficulty but rewarding and fair gameplay and progression system.
Hats off to the makers of this game, you can feel this was an absolute love project and wish it got a lot more love and acknowledgement!

Loved this game the first time I installed.
My second run has been quite frustrating and not half as rewarding as the first (was forced to start over because cloud save does not work with this title).
But I still think it's a good game and would recommend it to souls enjoyers and tryhards in general.
Great art and ambience too.

Delving into the darkness of the temple feels consitantlyu rewarding desite constant deaths. I've played through twice and the game gives you all thre tools you need to get it done. Combat is fluid and impactful, bosses are fun and varied. Enviroments and music is very well done- I really liek thsi sound track that blends with the world very well! If you like metroidvainias or dungeon delver rouge lites. Do youself a favour and consider looking into this one!
