Question about Dexterity and AP Cost – Something Doesn’t Add Up I’m trying to figure out if DEX (Dexterity) actually affects the AP cost to fire weapons, or if it only applies to consumables. According to the stat description: “Dexterity controls the Action Points cost of using items and chance to hit in melee combat.” So, does this apply only to consumables like grenades, bandages, etc.? It says 'destroy the truck" but the truck is under 24-hour guard and you can't stealth it. I got so aggravated I cheated myself max stealth and it did NOTHING. Daylight hours AND Darkness the vision range of the Moonshiners is insane.
