I cant find save option or it auto save?

Hi! I bought this game yesterday and sadly found out that it doesn't really work. I have tried everything from changing my locale to changing the start setting and nothing works. The support team doesn't respond to my tickets and I really don't want to refund it. Does anyone have any ideas or have you had this problem and somehow fixed it? Edit: I have solved the error by switching my locale to japanese BUT now I get a whole new error that consists of 3D then a bunch of japanese characters. Help...

I'm on my first playthrough, using the tricks for resetting the game and taking a pic if it seems the drink is tricky. I've been chatting up all the girls, bought and gifted all the 1st gifts and played every drinking game I can. SO, I've been trying to level up all the girls evenly.
