Personally, I have enjoyed playing this Door Kickers spin-off. It has this retro vibe that reminds me of those American action-packed movies and television series from the 90s which brings about this nostalgic feeling when you remind yourself about those over-the-top cinematic depictions of police brutality. Apart from the aesthetic aspect of this game, Door Kickers: Action Squad brings a fresh concept of 2-dimensional platform games which you can experience along with your friends, for there is an abundance of missions where you can light up criminals and paint interiors with their entrails.

Very fun to play with someone, a lot of laughs.

A really good sidescroller with tactical action. It can get challenging trying to 3 star levels. I wish they introduced more enemy varieties since it gets sort of stale in the last 2 chapters.
