Has the developer or support team for this software abandoned it? My "License data invalid" status has been ongoing for several months. I thought it was a server error and let it go, but now that I really need to use it, I still can't. I wish someone could at least provide a solution. This is the only software I have for this purpose....

I tried to work on a large and complex file (1GB) and when I loaded it and went to the part of selecting what type of modification, I didn't click on anything and everything crashed and when I mean everything it means everything, the program, then steam then explorer.exe and then the machine; I tried 2 more times with a less heavy but more complex version of the model (400Mb) but it froze at the same point and crashed Steam completely and when I opened it I got the following error: (Transcription with Win+...
