Skinwalker Hunt is a horror themed hunting game from the creator of Witch Hunt. Main focus of the game is on exploration, non-linearity, and atmosphere. My new horror hunting game Skinwalker Hunt will be released into steam early access on June 4, 2021.

I want to use this opportunity to say thank you to all playtesters who helped me significantly improve the quality of the game.

Recently I've uploaded new screenshot from Skinwalker Hunt. Here's it is if you haven't seen it.

Version 1.20 is now live.

• Most "bosses" will more often hang out around recognizable places, to make evil sight skill more useful.
  
• Player is now able to jump over Bellville fences that are not located at the edges of the level.
  
• Improved mouth animations for Bellville NPCs.
  
• Improved map related hints.
  
• Performance improvements for dynamic text on interactive objects, like save stones and unlockable doors, chests. There was an issue that caused performance impact on some PCs, when this text is displayed.
  
• Other small changes and improvements.

• There are some changes in behavior and health amount for first stage of son of the devil boss, that should make this gameplay section more dynamic.
  
• Added rotating shadows effect for two boss fights.
  
• Added delete saves button to options menu.

• Fixed audio glitch that sometimes could be heard after killing a boss.

• Made changes to reduce micro stutters.
  
• Reduced VRAM and RAM usage on forest level.
  
• Reduced damage that player receives from whisperer attack when player doesn't have enough mana.

Version 1.16 is now live. Some Witch Hunt players don't like default mouse look behavior that is used in Witch Hunt. I've finally find a way to add mouse look option that feels more raw and precise. I personally prefer default mouse look behavior, but if you're one of those players who felt that mouse look in Witch Hunt feels a bit unresponsive you can get more raw/precise camera movement by disabling "Smooth mouse look" in game options menu.

• Added smooth mouse look option.

This is an announcement of my new hunting horror game for PC.

Skinwalker Hunt is a horror themed hunting game from the creator of Witch Hunt. Main focus of the game is on exploration, non-linearity, and atmosphere.

You play as a native american monster hunter, who will try to hunt down legendary creature called skinwalker in different parts of the world. You'll be able to find and use different tools and abilities to hunt and survive.

Warning: This is not a story driven game. Successful hunting requires patience and perseverance.

Version 1.15 is now live.

• Previously, when player tried to stand on not very steep inclined surfaces, he was slowly sliding down. This is now fixed.
  
• Player now hides his weapon from the screen when he is swimming.
  
• There was a bug that increased head bob after player twisted his ankle. This is now fixed.
  
• Other small changes.

P.S. Version 1.14 fixed issue where crouch icon sometimes was visible when you were not crouching.
