I'm just posting this for new comers/existing players that their is a way to cheese the upgrades without replaying the same mission over and over. Technically you will still be doing the mission over and over but without playing the same mission 20 times for one upgrade. I found out you can cheese level one if you have medics healing and heal upgraded with the miner health and mineral collecting upgrade as high as possible.
