This AI Is Insane

Came back after a few months off and the AI is still bats*it crazy. The south invades the north with many tens of thousands of troops almost immediately. Not just that, but my army of Northern Virginia is sitting nice and comfy in DC. Suddenly, I am assaulted by 20k confederates, yet I have to attack them. Uhhh ok. This makes no sense. Checking your updates, I keep seeing supposed fixes to AI, but if anything, they're far worse than they used to be....

Any complaints I have of this game, like many who bought and play it. Are tiny in comparison to the dedication y'all have shown in doing all that you can do in fixing them. Thank you for continuing to work on this game and for even releasing it for that matter. I see a lot of discussions slamming y'all for not doing enough. Slow things down…

Has anyone figured out how to slow down the campaigns? It seems like the Confederacy throws its armies at me like unthinking jackals. Constant fighting which drives down their moral and with the retreats, leaves open the path to Richmond with little to no fighting. Same thing when I play as the Confederates. I get untrained Union masses swarming me. But once defeated, they are forced to retreat well past Washington. I move in and sit there on the defensive as more masses of untrained Union soldiers...

I am angry!

I think it's pretty bad that the developers don't tell us anything about what they're doing. For years we have helped them find bugs and supported them as much as possible, now they have the money and we are the stupid ones who don't know what's going on. Not nice to be treated like this. I'll remember that!...

Dear Developer

I really like the game and its concept..

But

After installing it again after some time of absence I must conclude that some problems still persist after all this time..
Like glitching troops on the battle field...

For me the graphics are important because glitching troops brake the immersion.

I thought you would have fixed it by now.... fixing it is also an investment in building up trust for your next game.
Pleae bring this game back to more positive reviews by putting in more effort to make this the gem it could be.

Tutorial was lacking. How do you get 10000 troops in a fort? well even when i figured that out the mechanics to do it were not user friendly at all. Do not recommend.
