I keep trying, but I always end up being an enemy of the saints and having to stop the rally. How do you get that achievement? Is the only one I don't have.

I've seen guides to become the Alpha but either I don't understand them or they're not quite clear enough. Does anyone have a step by step guide they could give me? Thanks in advance
