Is support on this game dead? Don't see much activity on the forums or status updates.

I'm new to this game. Playing Japan, currently 1915 (sandbox) I wanted to try to spy on this one village in Russia near the Korean board. before I knew, there were Japanese spies showing up all over Russia costing my $90M I only had a treasury of $300M, in a few days I was in the negative. I restarted my game for a save , not touching Spying again. Can someone explain how spies actually work. The documentation is rather lacking in details on many subjects....

I'm dissapointed, I just bought this game so I can get the Iron Cross emote and apparently the items are no longer available, can't even get them with steam points, wtf is this? I feel scammed, please bring back the items if you even care about your players....
