who can help me? I just bought the game, I start it, part of the new game, I watch the introductory movie, I click play, the cards appear to me and bumps me out with this message:ECCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATIONI have to close the game from the task management windows 10 tips? thanks and happy new year...

Game starts and closes again right away

I doubt the devs even still read this but will try anyway in case someone has a solution, I played the game last December just fine but now when I start the game, it shows in the task bar for a few seconds and then closes again, which makes it impossible for me to play the game, anyone knows a fix for this? Oh and my save file is also missing for some weird reason, which sucks! :(...
