The controls are totally ♥♥♥♥ed. You will hit the brake constantly on the Touch. If you disable the brake, it also doesn't matter. You can't press more than two buttons at the same time, so merely the act of hitting the grip button, even when the brake is disabled, will impede your movement with the trigger. Supposedly this problem was widely reported in the beta, but the developers didn't listen. Nice....

I've recently started to play this game, or, well, I've been trying to, but it feels unplayable to me because I keep randomly getting launched to the sides, throwing me off course and making me lose speed. I know it's not just some motion thing because there's even a sound effect that goes with it and it also shows blue arrows on the screen, so it appears to be a mechanic, but I can't for the life of me figure out what's triggering it, and I couldn't find anything about it on a Google search except for a t...
