As the launch for Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess draws near, we are announcing a new bunraku (Japanese puppet theatre) play called "Ceremony of the Deity: The Maiden's Destiny" in collaboration with the National Bunraku Theatre. Produced by bunraku artists and supervised by Japan's Living National Treasure, Kanjuro Kiritake, this performance serves as a prequel to the game's narrative.

Discover bunraku, a Japanese culture with a history of over 300 years, through the world of Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess where the puppets for the Maiden and Soh were crafted using traditional techniques. Combined with state-of-the-art technology, the puppets will dance against a CG backdrop of the game's world to evoke a new and enchanting performance.

Unique Dancing Sword action and strategy in a Japanese-inspired setting come together in Capcom's Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess, launching on Steam on July 19.

Today, we're revealing the game's theme song "Kunitsu-Gami" sung by singer-songwriter ermhoi! We hope you enjoy listening to the theme in the latest trailer, which features a variety of brand new gameplay footage that we're showing for the first time.
