When I launch the game i sit in the menu screen where i can see the words "chroma lab" but when I press the start button on my controller nothing happens

Just got this and turned it on to massive lag. 1 frame per hour style lag. Anyone have any ideas?

hi guys. i use quest over virtual desktop. my controllers seem to be on the floor. i cant use them. buttons are not registered....any idea what to do? thanks a lot
