How difficult are the achievements? After reading through them they didn't sound that hard but the percentages are very low. Thanks

Somehow I have issues with the controls. 1.If I want to hang myself it doesn't activate on the tree mostly 2.If a hammer appears on the left side of screen but the gravestone is on the other side I cannot reach it within the 3 secs are given.

How do I destroy gravestones? Are they the gravestones that you create when you die? They seem to disappear.
