Mouse Calibration is Off-Center

I'm using a 2 monitor setup, When I open it on Full Screen on one monitor The Icon for the retical when I click is not where the game thinks it is. If I click on play it thinks I'm clicking on quit, thats how far off it is. A quarter of the Right side of the screen is unclickable. I tried in window mode as well, no difference....

59 level bug
