I'm stuck where I'll get the first three pills and then get the spike upgrade and then I'm not sure where to go or how to get to the F. I'm guessing the spikes unlock access to a fourth pill but I don't see it anywhere the wavy electricity lines one-shot me and really am just baffled here.
