What am I even supposed to do there?

Not feeling this one. I think im missing something obvious.

Not sure why, but this game absolutely crawls on my system.... 6-core AMD CPU at 3.6Ghz with a Geforce 450 running latest drivers... Windows 7..

I really don't know how to solve it. Maybe it's about adjusting the time?

Need help solving this one... No one's started up a discussion about it yet, which either means I'm a special kind of stupid (probably) or everyone skips it and has unanimously decided to not talk about it (not as likely but I like to keep my options open). I did find out that, when you move the slider over to a certain spot, the number for that spot is missing. I don't know what switches to flip to illuminate these, since I assume that's how you beat the level. Please hit me up with some pointers? Thank...
