I have to get right down way beyond a good squat in order to get through the mould that comes towards you. Even then my head clips through the top though it counts it as a win. How do I calibrate this so that it is asking for a reasonable height?

Is there anything that forces people back to a standing position after a wall or can someone just lay their headset on the ground and go to sleep?

I want the top Hot Squat leaderboard spot but am currently incapable of pulling off 4000 squats in one go. What must must become of my body in order for it to become such a physically capable scientific anomaly? Any help is appreciated. Cheers.
