Balancing suggestions - crossbowman

Right now the crossbowman is *really* OP. I cleared 2nd & 3rd level bosses without a single attack simply by kiting them around the crossbowman and letting him act as a DOT. He's helpful - and I like having him covering my back - but he is just too easy to hide behind. His kills really shouldn't drop gold (make the player go kill their own loot) and he should probably take a break when the boss is the last enemy - and force the player to fight the boss instead....
