I gained three stars on all levels and challenges and I get that three-star achievement as well. But in the end I have yet to buy an oven upgrade at level 20 (present napoli restaurant) to get the all-upgrade achievement, which costs $500 but I only have $250 on me after completing all the levels and challenges. Is it impossible to catch the mouse on Lvl 15? It's right behind the challenge/objective text/banner and I cannot get to it! I even tried to receive the packages for the challenge as soon as the guy comes in in order to get rid of the objective, but the guy comes in at specific times making it impossible to catch the mouse!
