Nice game. Sort of like FTL but in 3D and more control over what your plane does. Less compelling story, but story is optional anyway. Can be overwhelming at first and keyboard shortcuts could be a bit more elaborate. I fell into a trap of dying repeatedly at one point, only rarely getting to enjoy the fancier end of the tech tree. Eventually I figured how to farm it properly and pushed through.

The Lancaster is my favorite WWII heavy bomber and this cartoonish representation of it is cute. The stuff Germans send after you is pretty varied and recognizable. Kind of makes me wish there was more bombers you could fly besides the Lancaster and the B-17 in the DLC.

Really enjoy this game. Despite the cute graphics is very challenging and hectic during those long missions. I end up getting too attached to my crew, and feel awful if one of them doesn't make it home. War is hell.
