I open the game,it loads and as soon as its finished,a black screen appears and it crashes. What can I do?

When i come here, i save and when i try to quit the room i'm 'softlock'. I try to quit and reload the game but same thing happens. Only solve i can found is reboot completely the game (i see update for the game. maybe this update solve the problem).
