Not a good game.

Apart from a few interesting puzzles I disliked pretty much everything about this game.

The 3D character art is pretty horrific, even compared to other HOGs.

Cursor navigation feels sluggish and the hitboxes are incredibly vague. Sometimes they're huge, other times there's two right next to each other. A few times I only found a sublocation because I went back and scoured every scene clicking everything.
In terms of how you progress, it's much less guided than most HOGs I've played. There's a lot of backtracking, since by the end every single scene is still unlocked - so if you've missed something, there's a lot of screens to check. The map is pretty useless.

The hidden object scenes themselves were not especially fun for me. The vast majority of things to find are multi-step items. E.g. Pizza with salami = knife + salami + plus random plain pizza sitting on a police evidence room shelf. In several scenes there are clearly multiple items which could be used, but you have to work out which ones the devs, specifically, want you to click. I can't slice that salami with the big old cleaver just sitting there...nope, gotta use the kitchen knife. There's six keys? No, only one unlocks the safe. You'll have to pick up the other five next time though.
Most infuriating of all: needed objects are frequently placed right on the margin of the screen, next to skip and menu buttons. One of those six keys? It's right down the bottom so well 'hidden' you'll probably only see your cursor change when, out of sheer desperation, you drag your mouse across the screen inch by inch. That's got to be a cardinal sin of HOGs - putting something underneath the UI so only four bloody pixels are showing. Everything's slightly fuzzy too, so most of the time I was just trusting in my cursor to tell me what was a thing I could click and what wasn't.

Everything thing is so slow. Several times I was unsure if I'd solved something or not because the transitions took so long. It feels like you're being forced to slow down to pad the game out. When I did a second playthrough on expert, I realised just how short it was when I wasn't getting stuck because I couldn't find where to interact.

The story is blander than the usual fare. I honestly don't know how this is so highly reviewed.
It's cheap, I'll give it that.
