All i get is a message saying the license can't be retrieved and the video wont play

Almost bought a Wacom CTL472K1A One by Wacom Graphic Drawing Tablet for Beginners. Went with Huion H640p. Just to see how similar of results can be had. Could anyone suggest a 100% Freeware program for PC? Krita, Gimp 2, maybe?

I've just found out that watching the videos is possible again. Steam has fixed it by moving the series into their own video broadcasting server (?), without telling anyone I suppose. I bought the series a long long time ago and was only ever able to watch the first video if I remember correctly, maybe the first two. Had I've been able to watch the videos right away without any problems, I might have been an accomplished artist by now. I feel bitter and resentful, so instead I've decided to invade Polan...

I heard there were some problems with a videoplayer, but those things are from Steam's side, aren't they? Anyway, I would like to watch this course as it may be helpful for me.
