Enjoy Two Point Hospital or any of the Two Point style tongue in cheek games? Play this.

I'm a fan of what this company has done, and one of the old Bullfrog fans who is still bitter. Unfortunately, I just can't recommend this game.

This game has good artwork, and writing. The humor is great, and they nailed the creative aspects of this game, imo. I especially like playing a game that is actually positive, as it involved actually helping people rather than killing. That's a good change.

I completed the story and the game got bored after only 27 hours of play time, and I'm not even sure it was worth that. It did get boring quite a while before I finished, too, and I may try the harder difficulties, but I'm not really that motivated to do that. Management games should have lots of replay-ability. I think I have way over 5k hours in RimWorld, and at least hundreds into Terraria. This game just falls short.

It also had a weird mobile vibe to it, with popping little bugs that appear randomly, and buying skins using a separate time of currency that you earn in-game. It had the feel that the devs were trained to make a mobile game, or were going in that direction, and I don't think it added anything to the game.
