Balance changes
- Multiplied the cost of improving Civic Buildings by the map size (1 - 5), therefore there will be no change on the smallest map and quite a large change on the largest map. (We did this because the effectiveness of these buildings scales with the number of territories.)

(We are pushing this in advance of tomorrow's patch because leaderboards reset on a Friday and therefore we wanted to make any balance changes in advance of this.)

New Features
- Autopause option for whenever you gain a territory.
- Autopause option for whenever a territory you own is first besieged.
- Autopause option for whenever you gain a Deeper Path level.
- If you right click on a territory name in the Your Territories Menu it will now take you there without opening that territory's Territory Menu, enabling you to navigate between your different territories while the Your Territories Menu is still open.

Beta Features
- Bordered Mode: If you right click on 'After the Empire' in your Steam library and click 'Properties' and then click 'Set Launch Options...' you can now type the word Bordered (with a capital 'B,' as shown) to make the game run in a windowed mode. (This can be used in combination with the Windowed Mode of Patch 1.0.3.)

- Setting Width and Height: If you right click on 'After the Empire' in your Steam library and click 'Properties' and then click 'Set Launch Options...' you can now type the word Width: (with a capital 'W' and a colon, as shown) and then set a number of pixels to set the game's width. Add a space and then write Height: (with a capital 'H' and a colon as shown) to set the height. This will scale the text and graphics in the game. (For example, you can type Width:1920 Height:1080 to get a 1920x1080px resolution.)

We are still working on these beta features but would appreciate feedback, especially about whether scaling in this fashion helps to fix the issues people were having with the current font size. (We will improve this feature further before making it a fully fledged option in the Options Menu.)

Bug Fix
- Personal Leaderboards should now work as intended. (We accidentally broke this when fixing another leaderboard issue in Patch 1.0.2.)

(Apologies that this is such a small patch, but we wanted to sort this ASAP.)

- Fixed a rare case in which the game would take a very long time to load and save.

Balance Changes
- Made the cost of technology scale with galaxy size (this should fix late-game issues in long games on larger maps, and tax rate etc. calculations on harder difficulties.)

Beta Feature
- Borderless Windowed Mode: If you right click on 'After the Empire' in your Steam library and click 'Properties' and then click 'Set Launch Options...' you can now type the word Windowed (with a capital 'W,' as shown) to make the game run in a windowed mode. Note that this will likely drop the frame-rate as the game will have to share the computer's resources with other open applications. Also, some systems have experienced issues on exiting the program. We are still working on this feature so, if you chose to use it, please let us know if you experience any problems so that we can resolve them before we make it a fully fledged option in the Options Menu.

New Features
- When hovering each magnifying glass under Deeper Paths in the Technology Menu, the strength of that Path in each Territory is now displayed visually on the galaxy map.

Bug Fixes
- Fixed a display error preventing the contents of League position lists from clearing when switching between showing Top 10, Friends and Peers.
- Made Peers League Lists show 4 scores above and 5 below yours, if available.
- Fixed error in determining when Personal Leaderboard scores should be updated.

Balance Changes:
- Rebel strength is now divided by Defense Strength Divider instead of multiplied, bringing them in line with Defense Strength. (This should prevent unavoidable rebel overthrow in long games.)

Bug Fixes:
- Fixed displayed cost of Hallows in Territory Menu hover.
- Added appropriate Attack/Defense lines through the gates at the Edge of Night to certain hovers that lacked them.

Tweaks:
- Clarified Text of Victory Hover, Options Menu and the Rebel Hovers in the Factions Menu.
- Added Hover to Color Picker button in Territory, Faction and Economic Pool Menus.
- Added a Hover in the Sabotage Menu.
