Even though its an older game its still worth it, its aged well and the modding community is great. Theres a lot of total conversion mods that completely change every aspect of the game and make the replay-ability pretty much endless. I just started playing the Warsword Conquest mod which is a Warhammer Fantasy total conversion that changes the map, factions, weapons, adds magic to the game and so much more. Theres mods for just about every Era of time or IP you would want, LotR, Game of Thrones, Vikings etc.... and theres completely made up ones like Prophecy of Pendor. Cant recommend this game enough tbh.

very easy to learn lots of hack and slash mixed with a bit of business with goal or ruling your own empire. Great Mods for this too (historical and mild fantasy).
