Picked up the accent and it isn't going away :(

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ fantastic. It remains a classic. I think the art for this game is hilarious, because you see all these characters around Ezio with the word "Brotherhood" and assume they are his friends. They are the multiplayer characters (Multiplayer no longer available), and you only see them in the game once each when you kill them on one-off missions. This game has one of my favorite villains in the series, Cesare Borgia, who is basically adult Geoffrey Baratheon and he starts ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ his pants roughly 45 minutes before you actually fight him. He becomes entertainingly pathetic as the game goes on. You also get to hang out with Copernicus. The Christina missions are a mixed bag in my opinion, showing some story around Ezio's lost love. I like them overall, but they paint young Ezio in kind of a weird macho light imo. The side missions about Da Vinci's inventions are fantastic, however. Lastly, I'm happy to say that the PC ports have largely held up outside of the first AC game. I'm having so much fun going back through these.

The best Assassin's Creed with Ezio.

I cannot recommend this product, because the game is tied to Ubisoft Account, so you basically don't own it on Steam even though you buy it here. It will force you to download Ubisoft launcher and create Ubisoft account if you don't have one yet.
