Do I have that right? I know it's an old game so I can understand how it might have issues with running on modern hardware and operating systems. I just bought it for me and a friend, and he's been able to launch it ok but I am not able to launch it at all. I get the logo and then I just get a black screen or a busy swirling mouse cursor. I can't click on anything while this is happening so I can't use task manager or other programs without first closing out the program on the task bar. I am on Windows 1...

Here's a new one. The game launches and plays well. However, once you complete the mission (any mission), it does the rotating camera thing, your tank teleports off to narnia and then the game just... stays there. The camera keeps rotating, nothing "freezes" per say... you just spin indefinitely. Anyone got a fix?...

I see the start logo and it just stops loading. Any suggestions?

Does anybody know if there is a way to turn on different skies in the game that used to be there on the non-steam version of the game? They are in the game folder \Uprising Join or Die\GRIDS\skies, but they are just not used.
