As the title says, I start a new game and I get a "turn 1" screen, but there's nothing that tells me what to do and none of the buttons or keys are responsive. It's like the game freezes. Need some help to move forward...

Just got to play a few turns following the new patch, and find the gameplay and the optics very appealing. Tutorial tips provide the necessary direction to get started and play right away. So far, so good. More later after I get some more play under my belt....
