guys, i bought this game for my collection, i've installed it and when i try to run it, it simply open a closes very quickly, the game still appears in the task manager, could you guys help me? (I bought a physical disc)

Ok so first off, I bought the game from Kinguin, no piracy here. Also, Im running it on Windows 11. So I activated the key and installed the game on steam. Game looks like it launches, then I got error [2000] 0x000002e4. I found a thread on Microsoft's website, claiming that the GFWL client needs to be installed. I have done literally everything that other discussions have mentioned. - I ran the RedRiver and RedRiverLauncher.exe files as Admin and enabled compatibility mode for Win 7 - I downloaded the Bulletstorm .dll files and put them in the Red River folder - I deleted the patch1 folder - I downloaded that damn GFWL .zip file and installed the client and redist, and still nothing I honestly, truly do not know what I have to do to get this game to run. I'm at my wit's end....

I didn't think I was going to get this game to run, but it did. So firstly I downloaded these 2 files and dropped them in \Steam\steamapps\common\Operation Flashpoint Red River Files - https://community.pcgamingwiki.com/files/file/576-bulletstorm-xlivedll/ Then in the same folder there's RedRiverLauncher.exe I run that under Windows 7 Compatability Mode and applied Administrator launch aswell....
