In the hydraulics off stage the bridge won't snap back together which causes the vehicles to fail. I tried many different designs including the "help" design exactly. I also tried to increase the counterweight but nothing seems to work. Any ideas?

I've tried everything to complete the medium level Heavy Bascule Bridge but the hydraulics always turn red and fail when the simulation starts. I got the bascule bridge in the tutorials to work fine, but can't figure this out for the life of me. Perhaps it's bugged?...
